Concept:

Ocean's Apart - is an abstract piece that is inspired by the miraculous event of Prophet Moses/Musa when he parted the Red sea .

The Arabic reads:

"قَالَ كَلَّا إِنَّ مَعِيَ رَبِّي سَيَهْدِينِ "

Qala Kalla inna maaiya rabee sayahdeeni Quran 26:62

" No, Indeed with me is my Lord and He will guide me." -Quran 26:62

And with that he tapped his staff on the ground and the ocean split into two.

Musa and his believers had escaped on foot from the Pharaoh and his army, and had ended up stranded at the edge of the red Sea. But instead of showing despair he called out to the Almighty and the Almighty responded. Because that's what God does. He only asks you to ask of him , in times of despair and in times of need.

This prayer is blessing and a reminder for all believers that God/Allah is Omnipresent and always looking over us.
