Shipping Policy:

FREE SHIPPING for prints worldwide.

FREE SHIPPING for Originals in Canada and US.

We ship Originals to selected few countries.

For countries other than Canada and US delivery is calculated at checkout. If your Country isn’t on our list of select countries but would still like to acquire an original please send us an email info@nadiazeeshan.com to arrange delivery options.

Order Processing and Handling

All of our packaging is done in house using custom made boxes and materials. We do require 3-5 days to varnish originals, create shipping labels and certificates of Authenticity.

Fine art prints are printed per order and are usually ready to be shipped in 1-3 days. If there is a delay in production, we do our best to keep our clients advised.

Packaging

Art prints sized 8 x10 inches or smaller, are placed between two cardboard pieces to ensure there is no damage to our archival paper and sent in hard flat envelopes.

Bigger sized prints are rolled in sturdy tubes to avoid bending or damage.

Original paintings are packed securely in custom made inner and outer cardboard boxes with multiple layers of bubble wrap to avoid damage.

Tracking

Art prints are sent via regular mail with no tracking available..

All originals are send via expressed mail (usually FED EX) and tracking numbers are sent to the client via email.

Delivery Time:

Delivery can take anywhere from 7-21 business days (Domestic and International) and due to COVID additional delays can be expected.

For international deliveries additional delays can be expected. We ensure that all our prints and originals are packaged with the required customs forms but we are not responsible for delays ensuing due to packages getting held up at customs.

Damage

We take extreme care of the artwork during packaging to avoid damage. If item is damaged please send us videos and photos of the damage and send us immediately and we will take care of it.

Customs, Duties, Taxes and VAT

Any fees related to customs, duties, taxes and VAT are to be paid by the customer. We do not collect duties or tax on our end.
